Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We do collect information including your name, address, phone number and email to be able to get your order to you and for communication purposes only. We do pass this information on to certain 3rd parties such as shipping carriers such as UPS and US Mail to get your order to you, as well as a credit card processor to be able to charge or debit your card. We also analyze our traffic online which collects certain information such as IP address, Web Browser for traffic analysis. This cookie does not contain any personal information.

Any and all information collected is not sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned.

We also have the right to cancel any order we believe is not in our or ours customers best interest in fulfilling.


We ship out your order as fast as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order and it has already shipped, you will need to return it once you received and ship it back to us. Unfortunately, we will not be able refund the shipping amount.

We know it is hard to order a product online you can't see or touch. If you receive an item and it will not fit your needs, simply contact us and return it within 30 days for a refund. Most orders there will be no re-stocking fee. However, on large orders, there may be a small restocking fee to cover the credit card fees (3%-5%).

Most of the items sold on this website feature a Manufacturers Warranty. If for some reason you need to use the warranty, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

If an order is returned and was shipped by Flat Rate Shipping special or by a Free Shipping offer, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund if the cost of the original shipping was higher than the Special Shipping offered. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping amount on returns.
